Mental Health Awareness Courses
The Vestry Hall, Marden Church, High Street, Marden, Kent TN12 9HN
At our March 2019 Health Day, Ashlea Clarke from Maidstone and Mid-Kent MIND came to give a talk about Mental Health and in particular Depression. We are delighted to say that in continuing our work with MIND, in line with our resolution on Mental Health Matters, we have arranged two half-day Mental Health Awareness Courses on Tuesday 10th March.
- What is Mental Health and how prevalent are problems
- What is stress, anxiety and depression
- What do signs of anxiety and depression look like and how can we help
We are most fortunate that MIND have agreed that Ashlea Clarke will run these courses.
The morning course will be from 9.45 until 12.30pm with a repeat course in the afternoon from 1.15pm to 4.00pm
This is a members only event and the cost will be £7.50 per ticket,
